Too keep this short, I would not reccomend this as a place to prepare for your Comlex or USMLE if your goal is to pass. They are completely out the loop on what's important for your exam and they dont have an effective method for doing questions. Many of these reviews you read here are also not honest. If you want a solid program, go to either wolfpacc in florida who has a 100 percent guarentee to return if you fail or The pass program who also has the 100 percent guarentee. I took the Step 1 review here. The facilities, staff, and curriculum are amazing, they keep class size small and gave me 1 on 1 attention to focus on where I was weak. Class was very interactive and helped me with recalling information on the exam. The program director Dr. Untara kept in touch with me making sure I was covering enough material to review everything well before my exam. Edit: I've seen some 1 star reviews here and they are from fake accounts as none of those people were ever enrolled in the program. The people here went as far as to help me out and make me an instructor for MCAT so I can earn while I prepare for Step 1. They want to help everyone as much as they can and it shows.

I'm so appreciative and grateful with Dr Untara and Med Smarter team for helping me with Step 1 prep. I was lost to prepare me for this test but they helped me to identify things I need to improve. They were very patient with me and always they were here for me. I feel more comfortable with the real exam. They have good resources to learn about each topic. About the USMLE Step 1 Exam & a Few FAQs

The USMLE Step 1 is a one-day computerized exam that assesses student’s comprehension and application skills related to the basic sciences of practicing medicine. It is commonly considered the most challenging exam by medical students and is more comprehensive than exams taken during medical school.
What is on the USMLE Step 1 exam?
The Step 1 exam contains multiple-choice questions that assess your medical skills in the following basic science knowledge areas:
- Anatomy
- Behavioral sciences
- Biochemistry
- Microbiology
- Pathology
- Pharmacology
- Physiology
- Interdisciplinary topics, such as nutrition, genetics, and aging
How long does the USMLE Step 1 take?
This is a one-day, 8-hour examination. There are seven blocks. Each block is 1-hour long.
How many questions does the USMLE Step 1 contain?
The number of questions per block on a given examination form may vary but will not exceed 40. The total number of items on the overall examination form will not exceed 280.
When is the best time to take USMLE Step 1?
Typically, most US med school students take this exam at the end of their second year.
International medical school graduates take USMLE Step 1 after becoming licensed doctors in their own countries to work toward being licensed to practice medicine in the United States. These physicians must take the following steps to take the exam:
- Register online with ECFMG (Education Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates)
- Receive an identification number from ECFMG
- Book their exam online on a year-round basis
Is the USMLE Step 1 score changing to a Pass/Fail result?
On February 12th, 2020, co-sponsors of the USMLE Program, the FSBM and NBME®, announced that the USMLE Step 1 exam will no longer be scored as a 3-digit numerical score. This change will be implemented no sooner than January 2022.
How many times can I take the Step 1 exam?
As of January 2021, the attempt limit for each USMLE Step component will reduce from six to four.
